She was well versed on the different HOA fees and amenities that would be included in the neighborhoods we were interested in. She knew about a variety of builders and what some of their standard features were in those particular homes. If we were seeing multiple houses in one day, Kristin scheduled these showings to allow for efficient travel but while still taking us through areas of importance in a community in order to give us the “lay of the land” (i.e. town centers, schools, major roads/freeways for ease of commuting, etc). Ultimately, we are so grateful for Kristin and the limitless patience and empathy she demonstrated on a consistent and unwavering basis, while we experienced life changes, stress, and the wide spectrum of emotions that come with such a momentous transition in our lives.
